That’s how I was feeling when I reached out to Organic Pharmer to help me put together a 5 day meal program. Why? I wanted to slow it all down, breathe, and reconnect with myself and healthy habits. I felt that taking a break from all the decision making around food, meal planning, and cooking for a full five days was a great place to begin.

I wasn’t looking for a cleanse or detox, although everything at Organic Pharmer is free of common inflammatory foods, and follows the principles of functional medicine (BTW this is something I really like about the brand). BUST STRESS, RESET + ENERGIZE WITH THIS POWERFUL GUIDED MEDITATIOn

1.  FIND A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO SIT. CLOSE YOUR EYES.

2.  BREATHE IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE FOR A COUNT OF FOUR, HOLD THE BREATH FOR A COUNT OF FOUR AND EXHALE SLOWLY THROUGH YOUR MOUTH FOR A COUNT OF FOUR.

3.  CONTINUE THIS PATTERN OF BREATHING AND IMAGINE A BRILLIANT, WHITE LIGHT FLOWING INTO YOUR BODY THROUGH YOUR INHALE. SEE THE LIGHT FILL YOUR ENTIRE BODY, FROM THE TIP OF YOUR TOES TO THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD, UNTIL IT CAN NO LONGER BE CONTAINED AND SPILLS OUT FROM THE CROWN OF YOUR HEAD, WASHING YOUR ENTIRE BODY IN CLEANSING LIGHT.

4.  ON THE EXHALE, IMAGINE YOU ARE PUSHING OUT STRESS, TOXINS + ANYTHING THAT DOESN’T SUPPORT YOU.

5.  BREATHE IN AND OUT LIKE THIS 8-10 TIMES WHILE HOLDING THE IMAGE OF LIGHT IN YOUR MIND. IF YOU LIKE, YOU MAY TAKE THIS MEDITATION DEEPER AND SIT LIKE THIS FOR AS LONG AS IT FEELS COMFORTABLE.
