How do I want to live my life?
How do I want to feel each day?
Do you want to live with energy, vitality + vigor? Do you want a strong, lean body + skin that glows? If you do, then creating sustainable food + wellness habits that promote radiant health, joy + yes, even optimal weight, won’t seem so difficult.
Next time you mindlessly reach for a snack, think to yourself does this align with my vision of how I want to live my life? If not, toss it out and reach for something that does!
